Retail & E-Commerce

We build omni-channel systems that bring store and online sales into the same stock pool: product and inventory management, order and shipping flow, marketplace fulfilment (with our Amazon SP-API experience), loyalty and campaign engine, payment and POS integrations.

Retail & E-Commerce

The sale at the counter and the order on screen, in one stock pool

In retail the most maddening moment is discovering that the product you just sold isn't in hand while the customer waits at the door. The store counter, the marketplace storefront and your own site usually keep separate stock ledgers; one sells, the other has no idea. Vosetu brings these channels together in one stock pool — a barcode scanned in store and an order dropping in from Amazon update the same inventory at the same moment. Overselling and the 'out of stock' surprise end here.

In this vertical our experience is real from both ends. At one end, e-commerce fulfilment: we've run marketplace integration, order pulling, and stock and price synchronization with Amazon SP-API in real operation. At the other end, the tradesperson's counter: we've seen in-store sales, till and stock flow on the ground in businesses like jewelers, florists and opticians. We unite retail's digital and physical faces on the same core.

  • One stock, all channels
  • Amazon SP-API fulfilment
  • Tradesperson POS/sales experience
  • Protection against overselling

From sale to loyalty, the modules of retail

Modules turn on independently yet share a common product, stock and customer model — whichever channel it comes from, an order enters the same flow.

Product, stock & price

One catalog, one stock pool; with variant, serial/batch and multi-warehouse support, the same truth to every channel.

In-store sales (POS)

Fast checkout, barcoded sales, returns and receipts; with product attributes and warranty records for trades like jewelers/opticians.

Online store & marketplace

Your own site and marketplaces are managed from one panel; product, price and stock sync everywhere.

Order & fulfilment

Order picking, packing and dispatch flow; error-free with pick lists and barcode verification.

Warehouse & dispatch

Shelf/location management, goods-in, counts and courier integration run in one flow.

Shipping & returns

Courier integration, tracking numbers and the returns process; with status notifications to the customer.

Loyalty & campaign

Points, coupons and a segment-based campaign engine; discount rules that work independently of channel.

Sales & stock report

Sales by channel, product and period; turnover rate, dead stock and reorder points become visible.

Customer & notification

Order history on one customer card; order, shipping and campaign notices via SMS/email.

What runs beneath the channels

01

One stock pool & synchronization

Stock is the heart of retail, and what keeps it right is the single-source principle. In-store sales, online orders and marketplace deductions all operate on the same inventory; when stock drops on one channel it drops on all. Price and product data are managed centrally and pushed everywhere — there aren't three different truths in three places.

  • One inventory, all channels
  • Central price/product push
  • Lock against overselling
Counters arranged around one single central pool, each joined to it by its own chute; all of them draw from the same teal heap, and there is no spare box and no second pool
02

Marketplace & SP-API integration

Marketplace integration is not a checkbox — it demands discipline: order pulling, stock and price sync, shipment notification and the returns flow are each bound by rules. We've run this flow in real operation with Amazon SP-API. Adding a new marketplace means writing an adapter without touching the core; when a rule changes you edit one place.

  • Order pulling & status updates
  • Two-way stock/price sync
  • Modular adapter architecture

03

Order → pick → dispatch flow

An order's journey until it leaves the door is managed in one flow: confirmed, dropped into a pick list, verified by barcode, packed and handed to the courier. Every step is logged with who did it and when; wrong-item and short-box risk is caught at the verification step.

  • Pick list & barcode verification
  • Packing and courier handoff
  • Who-did-what-when work log

How we set up your retail operation

01

Channel & catalog discovery

We map which channels you sell on, your catalog and stock structure: how store, your own site and marketplaces will connect to one pool — we clarify it together.

02

Stock pool & integration setup

We set up the single stock pool and bring the marketplace (Amazon SP-API), payment and courier integrations live after testing in a live environment.

03

Migrating product & order data

We map, validate and migrate your existing product catalog, stock and customer records into the new system — history is not lost.

04

Training, go-live & care

We train the store and warehouse teams and stand by in the first days; then we continue support under an SLA maintenance plan.

In retail, stock is a single truth; the moment you start keeping it in three separate ledgers you've split the customer's trust too. The right system is the one that shows the same number from whichever channel you look — because a purchase is a promise, and a single stock must stand behind that promise.

Frequently asked

Can it connect to Amazon and other marketplaces?

Yes. We've run the marketplace-fulfilment flow — order pulling, stock and price sync, shipment notification and returns — with Amazon SP-API in real operation. A new marketplace is added as an independent adapter without touching the core; when a rule or service changes, only that adapter is updated.

Do in-store and online sales draw from the same stock?

Yes — that's the single-stock-pool principle. A sale at the store till and an order from the site or a marketplace update the same inventory at the same time. So a product sold on one channel doesn't appear 'in stock' on another; overselling and the 'out of stock' surprise are prevented.

Is it suitable for a small tradesperson's business too?

Yes. We've seen in-store sales, till and stock flow on the ground in businesses like jewelers, florists and opticians; the system can start with a single store, a simple till and stock, and add an online store and marketplaces module by module as the business grows. Because they share the same core, scaling later is painless.

Can you migrate our existing product and customer data?

Yes. Product catalog, stock and customer records are mapped, validated and migrated to the new system. We validate on a sample before migration; we complete the transition without losing past orders or customer information.
